Transport
For Sacred Heart and St Josephs College students only....
When they arrive at school there will be a series of Loop buses which will then run them to Clonard. Non-bus traveling students will also be able to board a number of ‘shuttle’ buses that will be operating from 8:30-9am between the Edmund Rice (Newtown) and Westcourt campuses. These shuttles will be leaving from our Aphrasia St bus set down area (St Joseph's Students). Immediately upon arrival at Westcourt, your son/ daughter is to make his way to Tullow Hall to have his name marked off the roll by his Year Level Coordinator.
Clonard and St Josephs College Westcourt students will go to homeroom as normal before and at the conclusion of the event.
Due to traffic congestion at and around Clonard on this day we advise you to avoid the precinct if you can however should you wish to drive or drop your children off at Clonard instead of going to St Josephs/ Sacred Heart then please drop your child off several blocks away to aid the traffic flow. At the conclusion of the day and regardless of how close they live to Clonard, ALL students (except Westcourt students and Clonard students) are required to board a shuttle bus and return to school to attend Homeroom for a roll call. Parental support in this is appreciated to avoid errors in role marking. Your son will be dismissed at 3:20pm and afternoon buses will be operating as normal.
If you have any questions please see your Year Level Coordinator or Deputy Principals.
